Snakes!

Thanks to my sister Linda we now have two Ball Python snakes.....thanks Linda!* The kids absolutely love them and they have no fear, which is pretty cool but I wish they were just a little more cautious around them. They are constantly wanting to hold them, so when I'm feeling brave I let them.

Here is Emily holding the snake "like a purse".

Emily named the snakes the other day. The smaller one is YoYo and the bigger one is Slinky. I'm not sure how she came up with those names but they are kinda cute.

Aubrey is still working on tolerating her tummy time. She lasts for 30 seconds to a minute tops and then starts screaming. She hates it! She's still not rolling over so I'm trying to be more diligent about making her try, she just hates it so much. I'm pretty sure she'll roll over when SHE's good and ready to.


This was right after I put her on her belly so she actually looks like she's enjoying it. Don't let her fool you though, the world was ending about 30 seconds later.

*Note sarcasm.
